However, in the Dompe Regional Council area of ​​Gangabada Pattu, they become lucky people because they are fortunate enough to have a literary association that is never poor.

This will become a fertile land that has given birth to writers who have contributed greatly to the development of a great society in the world with great pride. Out of that, some of the most popular and famous writers on the island are mentioned by name as a water drop taken from the ocean, as these few pages are not enough to present information about all of them, because we have enough facts to publish a special book on that fact only.
